While many dietary recommendations have been proposed to reduce the risk of cancer, few have significant supporting scientific evidence.  Obesity and drinking alcohol are confirmed causes of cancer. Lowering the drinking of beverages sweetened with sugar is recommended as a measure to address obesity. A diet low in fruits and vegetables and high in red meat has been implicated but not confirmed, and the effect may be small for well-nourished people who maintain a healthy weight.

Some specific foods are linked to specific cancers. Studies have linked eating red or processed meat to an increased risk of breast cancer, colon cancer, prostate cancer, and pancreatic cancer, which may be partially explained by the presence of carcinogens in foods cooked at high temperatures.  Aflatoxin a frequent food contaminate, causes liver cancer,  but drinking coffee is associated with a reduced risk. Betel nut chewing causes oral cancer. The differences in dietary practices may partly explain differences in cancer incidence in different countries. For example, stomach cancer is more common in Japan due to its high-salt diet and colon cancer is more common in the United States. Immigrant communities tend to develop the risk of their new country, often within one generation, suggesting a substantial link between diet and cancer.

Dietary recommendations for cancer prevention typically include weight management and eating “mainly vegetables, fruit, whole grains and fish, and a reduced intake of red meat, animal fat, and refined sugar.”

vegetables are best for disease prevention and better health.  Why?

Your health—good or bad—begins and ends at the cellular level. When your cells are nutrient-deficient, you are at much greater risk of fatigue, a weakened immune system, sickness and diseases including diabetes, heart disease and even cancer. The diet that weakens our cells and our health is filled with processed, refined and unhealthy foods—and it is called the Standard American Diet (or SAD, a very appropriate acronym).

So how do we restore and maintain health at the cellular level? First, we replace SAD foods with living, plant-based foods that nourish our bodies so we can reclaim the body’s natural self-healing power. If we don’t consume enough enzyme-rich raw foods, we can’t achieve optimal health. However, you need more concentrated nutrition at the cellular level than you could possibly get from even the best foods.

So you need the two synergistic dimensions of the Hallelujah Diet:

1.The foods we were meant to eat: a biblical plant-based diet consisting mainly of raw fruits and vegetables

2.Supplemental nutrition to compensate for what is lacking in even the best organic produce

The Hallelujah Diet enables you to:

  • Cleanse your body of the toxins that can weaken your cells and make you sick
  • Obtain the full value of the vitamins and minerals in your food and healthy bacteria, essential oils and phytonutrients to keep your cells—and you—healthy well into old age
